Why is UPS Ground missing from my shipping choices?

We disable the UPS Ground option for your address because we cannot ensure that the product will arrive to you in an acceptable condition. This is to ensure that you do not accidentally select ground shipping and must chose an option that will arrive to you in an acceptable condition.

Why do you only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and not other days?

Original Living Coconut products are made fresh without preservatives. Our Monday - Wednesday shipping is to assure that deliveries do not take place over a weekend. We structure delivery dates to maintain optimal freshness and to keep fresh and frozen products cold through shipment to your door. We are beginning to relax this because of the increasing availability of Saturday, Sunday, and Monday movements and deliveries.

Are your products gluten free?

Raw Coconut Cream and Raw Coconut Kefir contain no wheat, rye or barley and our manufacturing facility does not process food containing gluten. How are my products shipped to ensure freshness?

Our products are shipped in a 1.5 inch Styrofoam cooler that is inserted into a corrugated cardboard box. The products are shipped with long lasting ice packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What is the shelf life on Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream?

Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream is best when used within 1 year of production when frozen and seven days when thawed. Please see the bottom of your container for specific information.

How should I store my Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream?

Please keep it frozen or refrigerated. It cannot be stored at room temperature.

How much Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream should I consume each day?

Consume one tablespoon one or more times per day. Great right off the spoon, as an ingredient in raw desserts, mixed with honey, fruit or in a smoothie.

How is Original Living Coconut’s Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream different from other coconut creams found in health food stores?

Original Living Coconut’s Cold-Pressed Coconut Cream is the only commercially available cold-pressed coconut cream. Our cold-pressed Coconut Cream is a whole food that contains the protein, fat, carbohydrates and fiber unlike processed canned coconut "cream's which is mostly coconut oil based. It is made from organically grown coconuts – the sole ingredient in our product.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any product(s) for a full refund (only shipping is non-refundable) within 15 days of the date of purchase.
